Here's me in December 2010! my fiancee and I are pretty poor this Christmas, mostly from paying for his massage school, so I decided to make everyone presents this year. while amidst a pile of yarn, I thought I'd make myself a christmas present as well. and BEHOLD! the Pikachu laplander! Being an employee of Spencer Gifts, I know that colorful ridiculous character hats are SO in this winter...so I knew it would be perfect.

I kind of made it up as I went along..piecing together different patterns and just adding rows and stitches where needed. it's possible I could dig through what I was writing out and write up a pattern for this if someone really wants it. it's crochet by the way. I've already gotten almost 10 compliments on it by strangers and I've only been done with it for 2 days
